Our pastry expertise is headed up by chef, Erica Morales. Based in Myrtle Beach, SC, Erica brings over 20 years of experience in the culinary and hospitality industries. Having owned and operated her own successful bakery and tea room, and later a cupcake shop, she comes with a wealth of experience in baking, pastries, custom cakes and desserts, and especially catered events. Trained in the culinary arts, Erica has spent decades bringing smiles to faces with her sweet treats. Now, as the face of the pastry department for ben & bean, Erica can continue a tradition of passion and excellence for all of Brunswick County and beyond.
